How does the coating work on shower tiles?
The kit pairs SUPER BOND & CLEAN™ tile pretreatment with SKID SAFE™ anti-slip sealer. After preparing the tile and rinsing away the pretreatment, you apply four thin coats of the sealer. The finished coating is designed to improve grip when wet without adding visible traction grains.
The SKID SAFE™ Shower Tile Kit seals and protects the tiles and grout surface for up to two years. Results depend on correct preparation, application, use, and maintenance.

How do you apply it?
Clean and dry the area. Wash the shower floor thoroughly and let it dry.
Pretreat the tile. Wearing gloves and eye protection, apply SUPER BOND & CLEAN™ across a manageable section. Keep the tile surface wet with the pretreatment for five minutes.
Rinse and dry. Wash the area thoroughly multiple times to remove the pretreatment. Let the tile dry completely.
Apply the sealer. Spread a thin, even coat of SKID SAFE™. The surface should look uniformly wet, without puddles, bubbles, dry areas, or debris.
Repeat for four coats total. Wait about 15–20 minutes, or until each coat is completely dry, before applying the next.
Allow the surface to cure. Keep the surface away from water for at least 24 hours; 48 hours is preferred.
